Yoga/Therapeutic Movement

One of the best ways to assure that your massage work lasts, and a fantastic way to ensure further progress on your healing path.

This would involve a one-on-one, or small group (2-3) session, in which we can take close look at some of the yogic practices (mainly postures and breathwork) that may be suitable for the client(s).

We can compose a series of yoga postures for the client to take home and practice, meeting every couple of months or so, or we can meet as often as once per week depending on the client’s goals.
